八(1)班共有54人、八(2)班共有54人、八(6)班共有66人,这三个班的人数都比较多,都是进行大班教学。通过一年半的英语学习,一部分学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的对话和简短的故事。但由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。有些学生因为基础不够好,学习很吃力而自暴自弃,这给教学带来不少困难。整体而言,学生成绩和学生的学习态度的两级分化十分严重,少部分英语基础好的优秀学生,不管是在学校,还是在家,都能认真学习、主动思考问题,同时还能够及时反馈学习情况,在他们身上,教和学得到了比较好的统一。与此相反的是,另一部分同学英语基础很差,;学习态度也十分懒散,不但不愿学,不想学,还影响课堂纪律,影响他人学习。其他一部分学生属于中间层次,虽然不太吵,但学习成绩依然很不理想,还是存在很多不想学不愿学的情况。总的来说,学生在英语学习上所存在的问题主要表现在以下几个方面:

(1)听、说、读、写等方面的基本技能未能掌握,连音标和单词的拼读都没有掌握好;

(2)受方言影响,多数同学的发音不准确。

(3)单词量掌握较少;

(4)上课时精力不集中,对英语有一定的抵触心理;

三、教材简要分析:

一、复习的主要目标:

1.通过每个单元逐一、细致地复习,使学生将本学期学到的知识系统化,让学生熟练地掌握基本的单词、词组和句型。

2.通过背诵、默写、做练习、归纳总结等不同的方法,调动学生复习的主动性和积极性,养成课前认真默写,课上专心听讲,考后积极反思,寻找缺漏等良好的习惯。

二、复习内容

在复习过程中我准备以听说读写为主要的形式,以英语基础知识为主要内容,指导学生在听说读写的过程中系统地梳理所学知识,从单词到词组到句子到短文,全面把握所学内容。前五单元内容比较简单,而且在期中考试时已经复习了,所以课堂上不为主体,只是课后布置复习任务,每天半页单词加上SectionA或B的短语、句子,有布置就有检测,每天要拿出10分钟时间检查作业内容,复习贯穿着重要时态(现在进行时、一般过去时、一般现在时、一般将来时)和主要句子结构(反意疑问句、感叹句、提建议)来进行。

1、指导学生在语境中复习句子,让学生分清日常交际用语的运用场合。

2、根据句子类型指导学生在比较中复习句子。

3、指导学生在表演中运用句子,使复习课同样生动有趣。

4、掌握GrammarFocus里的所有句子。

三、复习的主要策略:

在复习中,要求学生学会整理错题,把试卷和做过的练习题里的错题整理出来,专门抄写下来,及时订正反馈。教师要加以选择,并要求学生有选择性地做基础知识练习,让学生走出题海。关于阅读理解,现在出题内容越来越接近生活,因此,学生复习时应加强阅读量、提高阅读速度,广泛接触各种题材、体裁的文章,拓展知识面,同时要有意识地积累各种题型的解题方法和技巧,从而可减少考试时的答题失误。

(一)立足基础。

6-8单元为复习重点,复习时要强调基础知识,建议学生将已学过的语法知识进行归纳分类,以便使零散的知识连贯起来。将动词,句型作为复习重点,复习其他词类时多关注固定用法、平时常见的错误及教师课堂上提出应注意问题等。1-5单元有选择的重点复习。复习过程中以学生自检与教师检查相结合,及时反馈学习效果,注重复习的有效性。

(二)查缺补漏。

复习时要强调针对性和有效性。不搞题海战术,把各种针对性比较强的综合训练作为检查存在不足的工具,重点突破那些平时没有熟练掌握的内容。

(三)注重复习技巧。

现在复习时就应采取正确的解题技巧、思路和方法,包括在进行听力训练时。复习时把各类题型进行分析、归类,掌握解题方法,这样才能在解题时多角度深入地理解题意,拓宽解题思路。

(四)对不同学生进行必要的分类指导和心理辅导。

一个班级,总是存在着学生的差异。在复习中,用一个标准来要求所有学生,是不太妥当的。对优生而言,严格要求,加大难度;对中等生、一般学生而言,要求他们巩固所学,力求进步;对后进生而言,应耐着性子,加大情感投入,让他们体会到老师们的良苦用心,尽可能搞好学习。

(五)根据考试题型,有的放矢,进行专项练习。

Secondly, different tasks and duties are required for different professions, resulting in the variety of holiday periods for people in different walks of life.

Some employees cannot have their legal holidays and even have to work overtime, such as policemen, construction workers and people in the service professions just can't be interrupted for a mornent;other wise the society will be in a mess. Even for some people in the same occupation, they cannot have the same holidays entitled to them due to many factors out of human control, such as special assignments, and health conditions etc, then not to say people in different fields.

Suppose we, as teachers do, all have three months' holiday in a year.

二、学情分析

部分同学对基础知识的掌握不是很扎实,有很多知识点理解得不透彻、易混淆,有少部分同学连基本的句子结构都没掌握。但绝大多数学生学习态度比较端正,能坚持默好英语单词,有大声朗读英语课文的好习惯,这有利于本学期的英语教学。在一年半的初中生活中,学生掌握了一定的学习方法,积累了一些学习经验。但也有部分学生根本没有养成良好的学习习惯,导致成绩越来越差。在学习上总处于被动地位,因此培养学生良好的学习习惯,使他们掌握灵活多变的学习方法是非常重要的,也只有这样才能大幅度地提高教学成绩。

三、教材分析

本学期教材共有10个单元,均是新授课,增加了大量的新单词和短语,每单元也在上学期的基础上增加了一篇阅读课文,内容在长度和难度上都有增加,语法知识现在完成时和形容词副词的比较等级也是学生学习的一个难点,加上本学期教学时间短,要在较短的时间内完成较大较难的教学任务也是对老师们的一种考验。所以认真钻研教材、研究教学方法、提高教学效果是本学期英语教师们的一项艰巨任务。

四、教学目标

1、基础知识:掌握课本中最常用的词汇和习惯用语,会读、会写、能听懂,在口头、笔头练习中能够运用,能连贯地朗读学过的课文,语音语调基本正确,基本掌握学过的单词和词形变化,掌握本教材中出现的语法:情态动词could,should的用法,过去进行时态,现在完成时态,形容词副词的比较等级等。能使用正确的句型谈论本教材中所涉及的功能项目,进行简单的交流,如谈论健康问题、提建议、请求许可、讲述已发生的`事情或经历等。

2、学科知识的拓展:在掌握了四会要求的基础知识的前提下,适当拓宽加深语言知识,通过读、写训练加以巩固。

3、努力培养学生听、说、读、写的综合能力,让学生多读、多听。本学期大力推行“小组合作”模式,加大对学生合作互助的指导,让好学生带动困难生,进行学情激励,学法指导和学困帮助,同时加大学生的练习时间,重视学生动手习惯和动手能力的培养。

五、具体措施

1、在教学过程中,采用情景教学法,让学生身临其境,积极主动地参与到课堂教学中去,提高学生实际运用语言的能力。

2、保持早读这个良好的习惯,规定内容,老师督促监测,确保学生完成背诵任务。背诵任务采用分层布置,成绩差一点儿的学生,可以记文章中的单词、常用短语或者是优美句式,成绩好的学生可以背诵对话或课文,默写更佳,培养语感。

3、摒弃过去的让学生罚抄单词、课文或不吃饭的无效方法,采用激励的方式每天布置少量的单词、短语、句型听写,及时反馈,贵在坚持。
